Almost everyone who I’ve heard visit Ecuador remarks on how it’s such an underrated country. On top of that, its capital of Quito is even further underrated, as many visitors bypass it on their way to Cotopaxi or the Galapagos. But it offered so much to try and do that it’s worthy of its own attention.
